I purchased a groupon for ** Qualtry personalized *x*” cutting boards on November **th. I made my order on the site and entered my Groupon code and it said my order did not meet the requirements for the promo code. But, it did. Qualtry has no phone customer service. I sent an email where it states to give them * to * days. I’ve sent multiple emails since and still no response. Of course, I opened the groupon because I wanted to purchase my order immediately, and couldn’t return the groupon or cancel my order. Qualtry has been very disappointing and I would like to return this groupon given that I have made every effort to contact Qualtry, to no avail.
GetHuman-leann_sa did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
