My name is Mallory Chaffin and lately everything that I order from your company I always receive two of the same item and am billed for both when I should only be billed for one. This is happening quite frequently as in the last couple of months. Just today I received another Aqua Flosser. Please only send to me one (*) of the products that I order and not *. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and reimburse any and all items that have been double sent and where I’ve been double billed. I enjoy receiving items from your company but, not when I am unnecessarily sent * of the same item. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
