I have a full order charged to my bank account. I did not order anything at all. Then there are items that said I purchased some items back in October that I never received. I really prefer to speak to a customer service rep to explain this. I have a hot mess and don't know the *st thing to do to fix it. Someone please contact me. I have all these charges and no product. I have this full order charged to my bank account and I did NOT PLACE AN ORDER. How may I resolve this? I really must speak with someone soon.
