Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-contort's own words
I ordered * tickets to premier ** for me and my partner. I have gone once before alone and had a great experience. This one was completely different. A guest service worker Rigzin followed me around the facility as though we were in prison. As we went to de rob in the male-only area he yelled no clothes. Embarrassing. We were prepared to disrobe after getting to the sauna. Then my partner rubbed some oil on my back to protect from the heat and he claimed open the sauna door asking what we were doing. I paid for a relaxing experience instead I was continually harassed by the manager and guest services about when where and why to do things. I frequent spas and participated in nothing inappropriate. In fact, the tone volume and demeanor of the guest services would frighten and disrupt anyone's relaxation. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I. Would like to use those funds toward another Groupon deal if applicable. Thank you
