Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-sweetsei will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-sweetsei later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I bought ivory queen size microfiber merit linens sheets from them for $**.**. It said it shipped to fedex on **********. Fedex informed me they never even received that item in order to send it to me. I’ve tried the help desk but nothing ever happens and no one has tried to contact me. I want my money back, or I want the shipment as soon as possible. I’m extremely aggravated.
GetHuman-sweetsei did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
