Hello,*I am writing in regards to a Groupon voucher for Enzo's Trattoria purchased on May **, ****. To clarify, my family and I purchase vouchers frequently and most of them have no expiration date, which explains why this voucher is two years old. We have been to Enzo's Trattoria once already and wanted to return again using our Groupon voucher. The restaurant accepts a minimum of * people for a reservation linked to Groupon coupons. We purchased this voucher for $** for an equivalent value of $**. Two days ago, while attempting to book a reservation, I logged into Groupon and was shocked to find out that our voucher was mistakenly marked as redeemed. We have not used our voucher yet. As a result, I immediately reached out to Groupon chatline to resolve my issue. I made it clear that the voucher appears to be invalid or expired in my account and I am entitled to the total value of $**. For a reservation of * people, this is entirely reasonable. After speaking to the rep, I was promised that my voucher would be reactivated with its full rights as previously held. I was satisfied with the outcome until the following day when I checked back my Groupon account only to see that my voucher was worth only $**. I have made repeated attempts to bring this issue to the attention of several representatives. Unfortunately, Groupon's customer service has been relocated abroad, outside of the United States and the staff is both impatient and unwilling to listen to your concerns and*or make necessary arrangements. The rigidity and lack of utter care for the customer's circumstances are frustrating and aggravating. We have been battling cancer for the past couple of years due to my husband's cancer diagnosis. I have been devoting my time and energy to taking care of him and this voucher was not my primary concern. As soon as I realized that my voucher had been compromised I contacted Groupon and sought two possible solutions: reactivate my voucher to display full value of $**, which I paid for or refund of the value in Groupon bucks. All I am trying to do is have a nice family dinner to celebrate quality time together. After my voucher was erroneously marked as redeemed and one of the representatives promised to fix the issue by returning the full value to my voucher, I have been failed not once but twice by Groupon. It is my request that Groupon take customers' concerns seriously, provide US-based customer service to escalate similar issues, and finally, make remedies and amends when the situation calls for such. Instead of citing rigid, cold rules, there are extenuating circumstances that apply in my case and this is my first issue with an expired voucher. I will accept a voucher at the full value of $** or a refund of the value in my Groupon bucks. *Thank you!*Ariana
