The issue in GetHuman-evankim's own words
I purchased a Groupon for a massage. I started a trade-in of that Groupon for a different product. When I purchased the new Groupon, there was an error that caused my Groupon to be automatically canceled*refunded.**The error cites a payment issue so I double checked my billing information and verified everything was correct. However, when I attempt to re-purchase the Groupon, I am still presented with the same issue. **I'm not sure what's wrong because I am using the same credit card to purchase the new Groupon as was used to purchase the Groupon that is being traded-in.
GetHuman-evankim did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
