Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I wrote earlier, and even though it says responses require ** hours, I don’t know what type of response to expect (email, phone, or chat, and I don’t know what to do if I miss the chance to talk to you because of distraction or signal) but the website has changed which worries me. Now it will not let me edit but when I go to look at the details it still gives me the ferret with the curiosity message. Wait, I am the person who emailed about getting too many Cobb plaza tickets and when I talked to the manager about how they would work this time and the policy, he informed me it has changed, so I tried to go to the edit button, cancel the ticket, with the reason that I purchased too many and I got error messages. * with a ferret saying “curiosity killed the internet” and the other was just an error message *** or *** I think. Last time I emailed you because I wanted to let you know I was trying multiple times within the ** hour window on the same night and the following morning. I tried to do it again just now. Now the edit option is gone. That is why I am emailing you again. I wanted to let you know that I am trying to follow the directions you gave and I keep getting the error messages. Please help and advise. Thank you Mindy
