Hello, I am Karen White and I have ALS. I order everything online because I am homebound. Due to neuropathy in my feet, I can only wear comfortable houseshoes. I really like these slippers, but they run very small. They fit my daughter who wears a size 8 1/2. It's disappointing because I was hoping to have them for the holidays. I live alone and have limited hand mobility, plus I don't have a printer to print the refund label. Could you please assist me with this? My nurses and physical therapists won't be here until Tuesday and I'm not sure they can help with this issue. I might just have to order online again and not burden my out-of-town children who keep me on a tight budget. Can you please help me return the slippers and provide a return label? Last night, I purchased the $35 Sam's Club membership deal. When I tried to register online today using my redemption number, I was told my email already existed. I visited Sam's Club, but they couldn't find my email in their system. We tried to re-register with a new email, but it wasn't accepted. Sam's Club suggested I contact GP for a new redemption number. I purchased two Groupons from Sonic D Limousine for $39.00 each. However, when trying to book round trip service, I was informed that additional fees were required but the amount was not disclosed. I later received an email with each extra fee totaling $35.75, making the total $74.75 each way. This is more expensive than my usual driver service and I am disappointed with Sonic D Limousine's lack of transparency. I believe this Groupon deal was misleading as the prices ended up being higher than market rates. I have not confirmed my reservation using the Redemption Codes: KUWVYHQS and TVRUXVMY. I am requesting a refund for these purchases. Thank you.

I bought two Groupons from Sonic D Limousine at $39.00 each. The Redemption Codes are TVRUXVMY and KUWVYHQS. I contacted them to book airport transportation using the Groupons. They said I needed to provide a credit card for undisclosed additional fees, totaling $35.75 per Groupon. This unexpected charge made each reservation $74.75, much more than I expected. I never finalized the reservations due to these extra costs. I find this misleading and dishonest. I am requesting a refund for both Groupons. Please confirm the approval of my refund request. I have recently made a purchase from Google and have just received my order. I would like to return the uMOVE Automotive Power Inverter, Item #[redacted]45. Contacting Google by phone has proven to be difficult, and the instructional video for printing a return label was unhelpful. I am requesting a call back within 24 hours to assist me with the return process. I reside in a large community in Florida with over [redacted] homes and a website that reaches [redacted] households. On October 29, I placed an order for the 2 ct. Morganite Sterling Silver Studs by Valencia Gems with order number #[redacted]. However, I have not received them as of November 9. According to the tracking information, they were delivered by DHL#[redacted][redacted]07 on November 5, but I did not receive them. Two other items from the same order have arrived, and one is still in transit. I am concerned about the missing earrings and the charge on my credit card for an item I did not receive. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and have the earrings resent to me at no additional cost. Thank you.

Yesterday morning, I visited Spa World using a Groupon coupon for a service. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and the staff redeemed the wrong coupon. I attempted to discuss this with the manager, but he appeared upset and did not address the issue. While in the locker room, I overheard him speaking negatively about me. When I tried to speak with him calmly, he rudely told me to leave, stating he was the manager and would not provide service. Feeling mistreated, I decided not to proceed with the service. The manager mentioned that the coupon had already been redeemed and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I feel that Spa World may not value Groupon customers as they may not find them profitable due to the discounts offered.

I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience with Groupon. I have been a loyal customer for years, but trying to reach out to report an issue with my order has been a frustrating challenge. The quality of the items I recently purchased did not meet my expectations, and I was overcharged for each item. For example, the necklaces advertised at $7.99 were actually charged at $11.99 each, and the 2 piece warm-up suit priced at $34.99 was charged at $39.99. This discrepancy between the advertised prices and what I was actually charged has left me feeling like Groupon engaged in bait-and-switch tactics. Overall, my current experience with Groupon has been very disappointing.

A while back, I bought two vouchers for $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. I saw they were about to expire, so I tried to exchange them for their full value as suggested on the Groupon site. Hello, Last night, I purchased a dinner voucher for a restaurant. However, I encountered an error message on the Groupon page while making the payment, which prompted me to try again. It turns out that despite the error message, the purchase was actually successful. As a result, I now have two identical Groupon vouchers when I only wanted one. I have made a reservation at the restaurant to redeem one of the vouchers, but I am unsure which one to cancel as the application gave an error message. I need to ensure the correct one is canceled so my reservation with the restaurant is not affected. While on vacation on November 10, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for two tickets to the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show. After buying them, I contacted Hatfield and McCoy to reserve two seats, but they said there were no available seats for that day. I tried to cancel my order on Groupon multiple times, but each time, I got an error message asking me to try again later. When I called Hatfield and McCoy, they directed me back to Groupon for a refund. Despite several attempts to contact Groupon, all I got was a pre-recorded message suggesting I handle my issues online. I've been trying hard to get my refund, but no luck so far.

Before and after having my car serviced, the individual at the front desk, Nick, continuously expressed dissatisfaction with Groupon (which should have alerted me to potential issues). Upon completion of the service, I was informed that I owed more money than the Groupon stated due to the use of higher-grade oil. Shortly after leaving, my car began shaking violently, with the front left tire wobbling. Upon returning, Nick mentioned an additional $17 charge to balance the tire. Requesting my original tire configuration due to the issues caused, he mentioned a $25 fee. They mentioned potential additional findings during service, which raised concerns. I opted to have my vehicle checked elsewhere, incurring an extra $43 charge. I seek a full refund and to file a complaint. I prefer to communicate directly with a person or have a Groupon representative reach out to me to address this situation. Thank you, a long-standing customer.

Hello, I wanted to inquire about a recent Groupon purchase I made for a full synthetic oil change. I was under the impression that the deal included several additional services such as floor vacuuming, tire inflation, a complimentary air freshener, window cleaning, and a 21-point inspection. However, when I went to redeem the Groupon yesterday, I only received the oil change and none of the other listed services. I was particularly looking forward to those extras, and it's disappointing that they were not provided. As a result, I would like to request a partial refund for the missing services.

I bought a Groupon for Di'Elegante Skin & Beauty Clinique that expires on 11/11/[redacted]. I followed the instructions to schedule on November 1, [redacted], but only reached a voicemail instructing me to text another number. When I texted that number, we agreed on an appointment for 4:30 on 11/11/[redacted]. Despite confirming availability, I received no further communication. On the day of the appointment, the vendor claimed I had not scheduled and blamed me for not providing enough information, which she had not requested. She became rude quickly. I am aware of the refund policy but hope for an exception given the circumstances. I would be content with a Groupon credit, as I prefer not to patronize this vendor again.
