On October ** I ordered (order * **********) the * ct. Morganite Sterling Silver Studs by Valencia Gems. As of Nov. *th I have yet to receive them. I checked the tracking and it stated they were delivered by DHL* ********************** on Nov. *th. I don't know who they were delivered to but is wasn't me. Two of the items that were ordered on the same date have arrived. There is one in transit hopefully it arrives soon. *Can you please find out what has happened to that part of my order. My credit card has been charged. I don't want to pay for what I have not received. I would really like to have the earrings resent at no cost to me since I did not receive them the first time I ordered them. *Thank you
