I am outraged after a managing member of GROUPON called me to let me know that I was welcome to return the item I never ordered but the company did not have the item I ordered. This is fraud with the intent to deceive the customer. I ordered luggage in NAVY BLUE - the GROUPON by laws specifically state that if they send me something I did not order I get to keep it. Not that I want to. Since MARIE from a phone number out of KANSAS states that the items and color I ordered do not exist and or the company is unable to send me what I ordered and there was no disclaimer about color demand or issue, I am one hundred percent certain FRAUD was committed. The company intentionally did not notify me or Groupon that the color I ordered was unavailable. Instead they intentionally sent a hideous color hoping I would not want to go to the horrific inconvenience and trouble of having to make the return. This is fraud with intent to deceive the customer. More importantly Marie disconnected me when I stated that I would like to record the conversation as I was being recorded. She refused and disconnected me. Outrageous. I will be taking this up with my legal team. No one, least of all a customer who has been wronged and inconvenienced should be treated like this.Thank you.
