I'm trying to see if the company charged these three cars at $**.** with a total of $***.** instead of the order I placed for $**.** and received yesterday. **-*. The order that supposedly charged me $***.** has an order date of October and I have not received it nor has my bank account showed that this was paid. Please help me. ... I got a text showing that I ordered * remote control cars at $**.** and that totals $***.**. I did not order these. I ordered * police remote control @ $**.**. And received this yesterday. The form you sent me was dated *ct **. I have not seen this order nor has it showed up when I called my bank. I don't understand. True this was my new thing to try and order my Christmas this year but I've run into trouble. I took pictures of some items and when I saw this bill for what I supposedly ordered I was flabbergasted I Have- ** young grandchildren and Could not spend that on three of them. I opted for one police car remote control for $**.** to see if I liked it before ordering * more for the little boys. i received it yesterday. It says on the total bill, thank you for your order. I looked a lot and took pictures of different cars but did not order these three cars. Help me please. The conformation number u gave me was *************** thank you. If the number you connect me with is going to charge me additional money to plead my case. I can't keep sending money for you to help me. Please help me with this mess. Thank you.
What this large company might not understand is that we have ** grandkids to buy for and I have to keep cost all the same. Thank you
I hope and pray that they don't try and make me keep these toys. Like I say it hasn't been processed thru my bank and other transactions I willingly ordered has already shown up on my bank account.
I was so excited to try ordering over the phone . Have had medical problems that have shut down my days at the malls. I just knew I could do this on line. My husband doesn't know what I've got myself into it.
Just laying out what has happened when I was looking at different remote control cars but assuredly could not afford these three at $**.** each. I ended up just ordering the one( which I wanted to see if it looked nice at $**.** and it looked nice.
