Purchased a Perfect Touch Cleaning Service (three hours of cleaning with three cleaners), Groupon: LG-*VKG-PFXC-F*SX-HT**. Unfortunately, the Perfect Touch Cleaning company failed to provide this service on my scheduled appointment date of *NOV**** @ ** AM MST. I contacted the company owner after *.* hours of waiting around and he stated that he was unable to get in touch with the service crew. He then offered to reschedule the service in a week. I then emphasized that I would not be rescheduling and requested a refund of $*** for service not rendered due to the company’s no show on my scheduled appointment date of *NOV****. The company owner then stated he was unable to provide a refund and instructed me to contact Groupon. Please assist with obtaining my refund of $*****Customer Name: Christal Maxwell
