I contacted Groupon via email on Sunday, 4/11, and received a response last night. Unfortunately, the answer was that I would not receive a refund. I purchased the voucher on Saturday morning, 3/11, and attempted to use it the following morning. However, the cafe staff informed me that the voucher had already been used when scanning it. I was at the cafe before 9 o'clock, and the timestamp on the used voucher was 4/11/[redacted] at 8:54, a time when I was present at the cafe. I am unsure if this is a system error or if someone else used the same voucher number. I have a witness, a cafe employee who can confirm that we did not place any orders that day and even have his contact information. I am hoping for proof of how this voucher was used without my knowledge. Could there be security footage from the cafe? Additionally, I am questioning Groupon's system and the cafe's receipt. I spent $48, was unable to use the voucher, and wasted my time. I cannot wait for another 7 days as I have already been waiting for a couple of days. I am eager for a prompt response regarding how this issue will be investigated.

I was present during the supposed usage time at the cafe, and I'm unsure if this issue is due to a system error or if someone else used the same voucher number. To support my case, I have a witness who works at the cafe and can confirm that no order was made that day. I also have their contact information. I am seeking evidence to understand how the voucher was used and if there are any cameras at the cafe that could assist in the investigation. I made a purchase on 11/4/18, and some items were delivered on 11/7/18. FedEx left the package outside, and it got soaked in a rainstorm. The boxes of two gifts, the Emeril 18pc Stainless Steel Cutlery Block Set and SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Portable Speaker, fell apart due to the water. I am concerned if the water damaged the speaker or cutlery block. I also worry about future deliveries being left out in the rain as well. I am asking Groupon: 1) How will you resolve this issue? 2) What measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again? I would like new items sent to ensure they are not wet during delivery. The current packages are damaged beyond use, with the knives falling out and the speaker potentially damaged. Please advise on the plan to address this promptly. - Holly G.

I purchased a Groupon for a Wash, Cut, and Half Head of Highlights. My security code is 1EA3B87895 and my Groupon code is VS-F3W1-JK2L-3CS1-LRSP. I scheduled a booking four weeks ago, provided a preferred day for the appointment, but it was changed for another day. Unfortunately, the day before the appointment, they canceled it and promised to call back to reschedule. It has been two weeks, and despite my attempts to reach them, I haven't been able to secure a new appointment. I am now requesting a refund or credit to purchase another Groupon elsewhere. Thank you.

I bought a coupon for 10 cutting boards from Qualtry. I've tried multiple times to use it, but the code is not being accepted. Despite emailing them for support and receiving a response, the issue remains unresolved. I'm unable to reach a live person for assistance, which is very frustrating. I've had positive experiences with Groupon in the past but this situation has been a nightmare. I emailed Groupon yesterday but haven't received a response yet. It's disappointing not to be able to reach a person at such a large company. I've noticed more dissatisfied customers lately. I purchased a Groupon deal from MZA Hair Studio in Watertown, MA for a haircut, conditioning treatment, and blowout. Today, I arrived at the address specified in the Groupon only to find myself in a residential area. Despite calling several times to confirm the location, no one answered. Eventually, a woman picked up, but she was unhelpful and refused to honor my Groupon, claiming it was already redeemed even though I hadn't used it. I explained the situation and requested to reschedule, but she was rude and unsympathetic to my circumstances. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the poor customer service experience.

On October 21, I bought a Lindt & Sprungli Canada deal for $15 with a promotional value of $30 (order #[redacted]). On November 2, my parents tried to use it at the Vaughan Mills mall location but decided to cancel their purchase. Unfortunately, the cashier had already scanned the groupon, making it appear as used. They left without buying anything. We recently checked in at Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Bonaventure for our Double-Queen Room w/ Winter Festival of Lights Family Package. Upon arrival on October 19th, we found several issues that led to our disappointing experience. The location was misrepresented, the lobby lighting was inadequate, outdoor lights were off on the stairs to our room, the room had an unpleasant smell, cleanliness was subpar with marks on the door, malfunctioning lights, and potential bed bug concerns. Despite the kind staff, we decided to request a refund as we were unsatisfied. We then had to book another hotel for $[redacted] and missed out on visiting the Falls due to the late check-in. We kindly ask for a refund of $75.97 for the Travelodge reservation and a credit of $[redacted] for the additional expenses and inconveniences faced. Hello, my name is Debra Fox. I am reaching out regarding a company called "Qualtry" that has offered deals on Groupon in the past. I placed an order with them two months ago and was promised delivery within 7-10 business days. However, I have yet to receive my order despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email with no response. After researching reviews online, I discovered this is a common issue with Qualtry, where they fail to ship products or issue refunds. I have reached out to both the State Attorney General in my state and theirs regarding this matter. I have always had a positive experience with Groupon, but it's disappointing to encounter such a problematic company. Qualtry has numerous complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a three-hour cleaning service from Perfect Touch Cleaning through Groupon, voucher code LG-4VKG-PFXC-F7SX-HT27. I received a text indicating I ordered three remote control cars at $34.99 each, totaling $[redacted].97, which I did not do. I actually ordered one police remote control car for $19.99, which I received yesterday. The order form sent to me is dated Oct 27, but I have not seen this order reflected in my bank account. This was meant to be a new Christmas gift idea for my 12 young grandchildren. I only purchased one car to test it out before buying more. I bought a Groupon deal for a two-night stay at the Dog & Partridge Country Inn which includes breakfast, late check-out, and dinner on the first night. I received a confirmation email immediately after my purchase but noticed that the dinner part was missing when I tried to print the voucher. I bought a Groupon for the Trenton Times for 6 months of Thursday through Sunday delivery. Despite trying over 20 times since September, I can't reach anyone at the Trenton Times to cancel after the Groupon ends. I've called, emailed, and even texted without success. I am extremely upset after a manager at GROUPON called to inform me that I could return an item I never ordered, but the company did not have the item I had actually ordered. This situation seems like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. I had specifically ordered a navy blue luggage item as per GROUPON's policies which state that if they send the wrong item, I can keep it. However, MARIE from a Kansas phone number claimed that the ordered items in the correct color do not exist. There was no prior notice about color unavailability, making me believe this is a case of fraud. Instead of informing me about the unavailable color, the company sent a different, undesirable color hoping I would not bother with the inconvenience of returning it. When I mentioned recording the call, Marie abruptly ended the conversation. I plan to involve my legal team in this matter. It is unacceptable to treat a wronged and inconvenienced customer this way. On October 25, [redacted], I ordered a leather photo book 11” x 8 1/2” for $5.99 through Groupon with PrinterPix. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when trying to access the voucher. Clicking on "view voucher" led to a Groupon temporary unavailability message. Despite reaching out for the past two weeks, I have been unable to connect with anyone. PrinterPix is unable to assist without the redemption code from Groupon. I have emailed [redacted] with images of the voucher view issue but have yet to receive a response. I am uncertain about the whereabouts of my Groupon package. I had ordered two GPS devices and had them sent to Indianapolis on July 2, [redacted]. My order number was #[redacted]. I did not receive any notification that my order had arrived because I was at a different university and unaware that it was being sent there. After contacting FedEx with my tracking number, they informed me that the package had to be returned to the sender due to missing information required for reshipment. I still intend to give the GPS devices as gifts to my friends who assisted me with my relocation. Any guidance on how to retrieve the package would be greatly appreciated. I bought a subscription to the Milwaukee Journal, but they don't show any pending order. The instructions say I don't need to do anything to activate it, but they say I do. I made the purchase on October 31st. They mentioned the deal isn't valid if you've been a client in the past 60 days, but the groupon says "one month." They want me to wait 60 days since I canceled on Sept. 13th, which complies if it's only 30 days as stated on groupon. I'm going on vacation for 3 weeks next week and would like the subscription to start on Dec. 2nd or put on hold. I'm confused and need clarification quickly. I might have to cancel the groupon if necessary. I appreciate any help!
