Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-rosayswa's own words
Tried to redeem voucher but cashier had previously scanned and used it at a previous visit when order was cancelled at the counter. ... Hello, I purchased Lindt & sprungli Canada for $** with promotional value of $** on October ** (order ***********). My parents went to the Vaughan mills mall location to redeem on November *, however, they decided to cancel their purchase at the register. Apparently the cashier had already scanned the groupon, and it was deemed used (unbeknownst to them). They walked away without purchasing anything. On November *, I visited the same store to redeem my voucher to find out it has already been redeemed on November *. I am requesting for a refund as the voucher was never used, it was mistakenly redeemed by the cashier. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thank you.
