Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-lucianav's own words
I bought a groupon from MZA Hair Studio in Watertown, Ma for a cut, conditioning treatment and a blow out. I scheduled my appointment for today and showed up to the address listed in the groupon. Found myself in a residential neighborhood and tried calling the number listed several times to confirm i was at the right place, but no one answered the phone. After many attempts to reach someone, a woman finally picked up my call... I explained my situation and that I needed to reschedule my appointment because i showed up at the wrong address (the one listed online). She was very rude, not understanding, and said she would not honor my groupon, as she had already redeemed it even though i had not used it.

GetHuman-lucianav did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
