I alredy contact groupon with email last sunday **** and I got reply from groupon last night.*answer is not refund.*i bought voucher **** saturday morning and try use sunday morning.*but cafe staff said to me already used this voucher when he was scanning my voucher.*I arrived before * o'clock at cafe and my voucher was used already .*used time is ********* *:***yes, i was there this time in cafe.*I dont know this is system errors or someone have same voucher number and used already ,*I have witness , He is working this cafe and he know we couldn't any order that day. and I have his contact number too. *I need proof how I used this voucher already. cafe have videos camera ? *How about groupon system and cafe receipt. I spend $** and I couldn't use and wasted time. *I can not wait *days because already waiting couple days. *please give me proof how i used this voucher. how investigation this situation. just contact cafe and believe them ? thats it? *not thinking about cafe staff scanning twice thats why used same time.?*or system errors ? someone have same voucher ?*Please contact me ASAP .
