hello, i am starting to get extremely annoyed. I have tried to exchange my iPhone * I bought this * times & still have not had my return label sent to me, even though it says I will receive it in ** minutes via email. I have also been forced to pay additional money for the exchange even though it is not my fault the phone does not work My service will not conncet to the phone. If it goes past the ** days to return & I am stick with this phone, I am going to be really upset. Please send me the label asap. I have already reached out to cust svs & they told me to go online & do the exchange again. Please do not instruct me to do it again. Please just help me get the exchange done. Groupon is great for buying stuff, but the * time I have had issues (including thsi one) customer service has not been helpful at all. Thank you
