The issue in GetHuman-kylermoy's own words
I reserve a room for *nights threw Groupon when I booked the room I didn't have the money in my account yet I wasn't getting paid until the following day Groupon emailed me and told me that the transaction wasn't able to go threw due to lack of funds I understood that. how it is after the email from Groupon once they saw the money in my account they went right in and took my knowingly knowing that that hotel policies wouldn't allowed me to do a late check in tell me now does that make any sense at all? That's FRAUD that's Stealing that is Not Acceptable Groupon went right in my account and Stole my money after emailing that my transaction wasn't able to go threw once Groupon sent me that email the reservation was canceled by default lack of money in my account so why Groupon knowingly knowing the Hotel policies would still do that to me Groupon went in my account and stole my money I want my money back in my account.

GetHuman-kylermoy did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
