I purchased a Groupon deal for a tandem skydive at Skydive Baltimore for $[redacted]. My original scheduled date on Sept. 20th got canceled due to windy conditions while I was on my way. Subsequent rescheduled dates on Oct. 7th, 28th, and Nov. 3rd were also canceled last minute due to weather conditions. Each time, I had already driven 2 hours before being turned back. I have been attempting to use my Groupon for over 2 months now and unfortunately, the latest rescheduled date falls after the Groupon's expiration date. Skydive Baltimore's season ends on November 11th and starts back up on March 30th. As a college student on a tight budget, I am hoping for either a refund or a 6-month extension on the Groupon. It's disappointing that what was meant to be an exciting experience has resulted in such inconvenience. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Order #: [redacted] I am writing to request a refund for a service I purchased through a GROUPON deal for “One Chimney Cleaning” from TOP NOTCH CHIMNEY SWEEP. Despite the advertisement on GROUPON promising a thorough cleaning, the technicians only vacuumed a clean firebox in 6 minutes and upsold me on more expensive services. When I inquired, a company representative dismissed my concerns by stating that a proper cleaning would cost extra. This manipulation of the offer has left me unsatisfied and seeking a full refund, as the service did not match what was advertised on GROUPON. I can provide screenshots of the original offer since it is no longer available on the website.

I recently booked a 10-day trip through Groupon for a China reward trip. Unfortunately, our JetBlue flight from Atlanta to Boston was delayed due to mechanical issues, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Beijing. Despite our travel agent's mistake in booking the tickets, JetBlue claimed they were only responsible for the Atlanta to Boston leg of the journey. While some passengers were able to receive assistance, my companions and I are now stuck with the loss. I am frustrated as I have booked several trips through Groupon in the past, including two upcoming trips this year. I have always praised Groupon on Facebook but this experience with China reward has been disappointing. I urge for assistance in booking us on the next available flight to Beijing to salvage our trip. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I heard a radio advertisement for Gracepoint Healthcare boasting "same day appointments or, at worst, next day appointments." I then received an email through Groupon where I saw Gracepoint was featured. I purchased the $40 Groupon last Wednesday and called to schedule an appointment, only to find out that the relevant person wouldn't be available until the following Tuesday. Linda promised to get back to me but never did. On Friday, I managed to see my previous physician and was hospitalized for a week. Unfortunately, this prevented me from canceling my Groupon within the initial three days. I reached out to Groupon via chat and received generic responses. Having relocated out of state in June [redacted], I couldn't redeem the voucher as they failed to honor the promised appointment availability.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a service at Ca’Sandra St Split ‘No for a gel mani and spa pedicure appointment on November 6, [redacted]. Despite being 35 minutes late for my appointment, the service was subpar. The color selections were limited, the polish seemed old and dry, and the overall service was not up to standard. There were issues like not soaking my hand properly, using acetone on cuts, and a lack of attention to detail like fixing a bumped nail mark. The pedicure was also painful, with poor polishing that smudged easily. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would like a refund or credit for future services to avoid a similar experience in the future.

I bought an afternoon tea deal for myself and a friend via Groupon at Café Rouge in Birmingham. We upgraded to the Prosecco option for £25. The staff were nice, but we were informed that we could only have Prosecco and not tea or coffee. This was embarrassing as we expected both beverages. After some discussion with the manager, we were finally allowed a flat white. However, the actual afternoon tea did not match what was described. Instead of lemon cake or red velvet, we received a small slice of carrot cake and a bun loaf. The sandwiches were tasty, but the scones were hard to eat. I purchased two kickboxing classes. After attending the first class, we were informed that without buying their package, we needed to call ahead to book the next class. Despite our persistent efforts to reach them by phone and Facebook, they have been unresponsive. They mentioned only allowing a class every five days and insisted non-paying customers must schedule ahead, which was not stated on the Groupon. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and want a refund for both vouchers. My husband even visited in person to schedule the next class but was met with the same unresponsiveness. Their policy of prioritizing paying members was only revealed in a Facebook conversation. The Groupon should have clarified these restrictions on non-members' access to classes and scheduling.

This information was not disclosed in the Groupon deal. I feel frustrated as they do not return calls or provide a schedule. It seems they prioritize paying members over others. Transparency about membership requirements should be included in the Groupon offer to manage customer expectations.

On November 3rd, I attempted to use a Groupon I purchased for Fandango, which was supposed to provide me with 2 movie tickets. Despite following the redemption instructions, every time I entered the promo code, it showed it as invalid. I proceeded to hit redeem, thinking it was necessary, only to find out that the promo code was still not working. It seems redeeming was just to confirm the use of my tickets, yet I was unable to actually use them because the promo code wouldn't work on the Fandango website. I have been trying to contact Groupon's support team since Saturday, and I'm hoping to find assistance with this issue through this forum.

Hello, Over the past weekend, I bought a beauty deal on Groupon, but my card was declined due to it being locked. After resolving the issue with my credit card, I tried to purchase the deal again, only to encounter the same problem. I then corrected the credit card issue at the bank, ensuring it was usable. Despite being unable to successfully purchase the beauty deal, I discovered that Groupon had charged me twice for it when I checked my bank statement a few days later. Since I was unaware of these charges and did not attend the appointments, I am requesting a cancellation of both purchases and a refund. Thank you.

I contacted a service center and was informed that they could promptly perform an oil change on my car. Subsequently, I purchased a Groupon for the service. Upon arriving just 3 minutes later, I was advised that there would be a lengthy 4-hour wait due to being significantly behind schedule. Regrettably, I cannot accommodate such a lengthy delay. Currently, there are no alternative Groupon deals available that align with my schedule and preferences. The Groupon I purchased was for an oil change at Meineke Car Care Center located at [redacted] 6th Ave, Tacoma, Washington. I explored the possibility of exchanging the Groupon for a different offer but was unsuccessful in finding one that suits my current requirements. I kindly request a refund for this Groupon purchase as a result of the inaccurate information provided by Meineke.

I received an email informing me that a refund of $[redacted].00 cannot be processed. I am perplexed as I did not make a charge at a Days Inn hotel. Upon contacting Days Inn, I was notified of a reservation at their hotel for December 3, [redacted], which I did not make. I promptly requested to cancel the reservation. If Groupon deducted $[redacted].00 from my account, I request that the amount be refunded. I have never visited New York nor do I have plans to do so. I am dissatisfied that communication has only been through email and would appreciate a phone call at [redacted] to discuss this issue further with a supervisor. Receiving my money back is essential as I do not have $[redacted].00 to spare. Thank you.

I bought a hairdressing voucher on October 14th, and I've been struggling to reach the salon for weeks. After numerous unsuccessful calls to their mobile number, I finally received a response via email and text informing me that the salon is closed all week and fully booked until mid-December. They suggested getting a refund from Groupon since my voucher will expire before I can schedule an appointment due to their restrictions. I feel frustrated not being able to make an appointment despite multiple attempts. I believe it's unfair that there are so many limitations on the voucher, such as restricted times, expiration date, and limited opening hours. If I had known about these limitations beforehand, I would have chosen a different deal. I am requesting a full refund so that I can explore other options. On October 27, [redacted], I mistakenly purchased two Will packages for two couples from Willing.com when I only intended to buy one for a couple and gift another to my daughter and son-in-law. I am a Groupon Select member and was charged $39.98 and $69.98 for the purchases. I only need one Will package for one couple and want to gift another to my family. I have been trying to resolve this through customer service but have not been successful. I received ticket numbers [redacted]2 and [redacted]7 for my inquiries, but the support link provided did not work. I am located in the United States and need assistance from Groupon to resolve this issue promptly. I hope to hear back soon for a resolution.

I made a reservation for a 3-night stay through Groupon, but I didn't have enough funds in my account at the time. Groupon notified me that the transaction couldn't go through. However, once the money was in my account, they charged me despite knowing the hotel's policy against late check-ins. This seems like fraud and stealing to me. Groupon took the money after informing me that the reservation was canceled due to insufficient funds. I want the money returned to my account.

Hello, I am getting increasingly frustrated. I have attempted to exchange my iPhone 6 four times, but I have not yet received the return label as promised within 10 minutes via email. Despite the phone not working properly, I have had to pay extra for the exchange. If I miss the 30-day return window, I will be very disappointed. Kindly send me the label promptly as I've already contacted customer service without a resolution. Groupon is usually reliable for purchases, but this experience has been disappointing. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently experiencing difficulties reaching out to Groupon. Initially, I am facing an issue with the Blueskies Florida Groupon purchased a month ago. I am entitled to a refund due to the company's closure, as indicated on the Groupon website. However, the refund has not reflected in my bank account. I am concerned about the whereabouts of this refund. Furthermore, my second concern pertains to the Miami Kiteboarding Lessons Groupon purchased a month ago. Hello, I purchased a voucher for the waxing pot indicated by the reference number [redacted]35. I have been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment, which leads me to believe this might be a scam. Initially, when I contacted the company via email, they claimed my messages were being filtered to their junk mailbox, causing the lack of response. Despite multiple attempts to book before the voucher's expiration on 10/23, including phone calls, texts, and visiting in person, I have not been able to secure a booking. The voucher expired on 09/23, and after mentioning a potential formal complaint, I have not received any response from WAX POT. During our stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Bonaventure on October 19th, my family and I encountered multiple issues that led us to seek a refund. Despite booking the Double-Queen Room w/ Winter Festival of Lights Family Package through Groupon, we were disappointed with the proximity to the falls, the lack of professionalism in the lobby, and poor lighting in the outdoor stairs. The room had an unclean smell, marks on the metal door, and inadequate lighting. Concerned about cleanliness, I found stains and remnants under one of the mattresses, along with dust and crumbs around the room. Despite the kind staff, we were unsatisfied and were unable to switch rooms. We ended up spending an extra $[redacted] on a different hotel due to the unacceptable conditions, resulting in a late bedtime for our young child.
