One more time we have booked a trip through Groupon through China reward **-day trip we bought all the excursions we get on our plane from Atlanta to Boston it was JetBlue their mechanics failed they took us off the plane for hours later put us on another plane in which we missed our connecting flight to Beijing our travel agent did not proceed to do the ticket correctly she did not do it as a continuing flight so JetBlue is not responsible because their obligation was to get them from Atlanta get us from Atlanta to Boston now some of the other people on the flight they did theirs correctly and JetBlue found them away to get division on the other hand the other for two other people we don't know are stuck losing everything we applied for a year ago to do this trip my name is Peggy Harris and I booked with you all the time in fact I have two more trips coming up with group on this year alone I post everything on Facebook I tell all my friends I haven't had this trouble before but rewards China has screwed us and you need to help us out where there is a flight at * going to Beijing on the carrier that we missed yesterday we need you to step in and help us with that we are getting nowhere
