The issue in GetHuman-lowat's own words
I purchased the CHI Keratin Shampoo, Conditioner, Silk Infusion Gift Set (*-Piece) on ********** and received it on *********. When I opened the shipping box, I could immediately tell that this package had previously been opened. The seals on the hair products had already been broken. The package was ripped inside the gift box, as though someone had already torn the package open. I don't understand why a company would send a used product like this in the mail. I have pictures of the items right out of the shipping box. Would someone in customer service please contact me back? I would like a refund please. I am very disappointment in the condition this product was shipped to me in and with the fact that I cannot reach customer service by phone, as I tried to call on Friday, when the package arrived and again this morning, unsuccessfully. I've shopped with Groupon over the past couple years and as I reviewed my order history, I have been unsatisfied with * out ** purchases. This will be my last order from Groupon if this matter cannot be rectified in a timely fashion.
