I bought a Groupon gift for my brother (massage package) and later discovered that the business only has one employee working there. The business has been extremely difficult to get in contact with and when we were finally able to get in touch with them we learnt that they were fully booked and there next available date is in December while we are on vacation. Now we return January ** and by the time the deal expires. I am extremely upset and find this very unprofessional and if I had know the business was understaffed I would have a booked a different package deal. Is there any way to either extend the package. We called the employer and she had mentioned we would have to pay an extra ** dollars but I find that completely ABSURD!! Why should I have to pay an additional fee for THERE inconvenience??? If extending the expiry date is not an option I'd prefer to get a refund so I can buy a new deal or book a service elsewhere. This is my first time using Groupon and thus far I am not impressed at all.
