Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-agatopia's own words
I have a paypal charge for a deal I purchased Oct. **. On Nov. *,I could not log into the account I had created, of which I had ordered and paid through paypal. * The Chat Rep could not find the account I created, and looked up an old account of mine (email no longer in use), and also found no orders there. The Chat Rep cancelled my old email, set me up under a new User email, and I had reset my password. Meanwhile, I found out this morning Paypal sent money to Groupon (for the item there is no record of me ordering). I put in a dispute with Paypal for a refund. Afterwards, I tested my new Log In with Groupon, and strangely enough, the item there is no record of me ordering (but for which I have paid for) is sitting in The Cart?! I would still like the item if it is still available, but don't want to pay for it twice. I am assuming I should wait for a refund (via paypal dispute) first?

GetHuman-agatopia did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
