I purchased a duvet set on **.**.** which I never received. I have since contacted you via email and was told the purchase amount would be credited into my account the **.**.** my credit it still showing zero so no refund has been given. Since then I purchased a *nd duvet set on **.**.** and was told * days however it has now been * days and states on my account preparing to ship? This is awful customer service.
