Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased two Groupons over a month ago. I attempted to schedule an appointment to use my Groupon and was informed that the offer was valid only for new customers. As it was past the * day Groupon cancellation period, I am I unable to cancel it myself. **When I purchased the Groupons, I do not recall seeing in the fine print that it was valid only for new customers. The local business I purchased it from was not helpful and would not honor my Groupons. **I would like a refund on both Groupons I have as I refuse to use a business who does not honor their Groupons.
