GetHuman-knat's customer service issue with Groupon from November 2018

Help with my Groupon issue

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-knat's own words
Print a return shipping label for the item i was just shipped on Oct. **th. ... All I need to do is get to the part of your website where I can enter my reason for the refund in and print out my shipping label. I have been looped back to the page that shows my item and lets me click "refund my package" at least * times now and it takes me no where. I need to either chat or speak to a live person because this is annoying.
I am unable to do a simple task and there is no one at your company to tell me why.
I just want to be able to print the shipping label and send this shirt back so that I can get a refund.

Yes! I've followed the instructions on how to print a return label but they are not working.
