I am requesting a refund for the Pearl Vision Groupons I bought in July [redacted]. When trying to use them on the last day, I was informed that a current eye exam is required, which was not specified on the voucher. The redemption details on the voucher state that it can be redeemed at Pearle Vision for the goods/services listed, without mentioning the eye exam requirement. I feel misled by this omission. The voucher terms exclude combining promotional value with other offers, cash redemption, covering tax/gratuity, as well as prohibiting reproduction, resale, or modification. Pearle Vision is accountable for all goods/services provided and any resulting damages or injuries. I seek resolution as the voucher was not clear on necessary conditions for redemption.

I bought 4 Dark Harbor Groupons for October 19, [redacted], but when I arrived, confusion at the parking lot ensued. Despite displaying an ADA sign, we were redirected, leading us to downtown Long Beach. Signs for Dark Harbor parking were lacking, causing frustration. Reversing to the port for parking was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, we couldn't use our vouchers, and the ordeal made it challenging for my ADA companion. This experience was disappointing, especially as it disrupted plans with a friend from San Diego. I hope to revisit, but I seek clarity on ADA parking and a resolution regarding the unused vouchers.

I bought a Groupon in June [redacted] for a dinner at Garden Cucina and Bar in Calgary, AB, Canada, scheduled for Oct 20, 6 pm, which was yesterday. When I tried to change my reservation to 7 pm by calling the restaurant, I was informed that Garden Cucina had closed over a month ago. The person who answered stated they were the new owner of a different business not affiliated with Groupon, opening on Nov 1, and could not assist me. I am looking to be fully refunded for my Groupon for this location and would like to cancel my Groupon membership due to similar incidents happening thrice. How can I proceed to get my money back? Beste Groupon collega, Ik ontving 2 tickets voor de musical Cats in Amsterdam op 8 januari [redacted], besteld via Groupon op Facebook door mijn zoons. Hoewel ik een print met nummer en barcode heb, las ik later dat de tickets per e-mail zouden worden verstuurd. Mijn zoon heeft ze niet ontvangen, vermoedelijk doordat ze naar een oud e-mailadres zijn gestuurd na een verhuizing. Hello, I hope you are doing well. I recently bought a Groupon for a touch massage service valued at $37. Over the past 3 and a half months, I've attempted to schedule a session by calling them, but no one has ever answered the phone. When I went to their location in person to arrange an appointment, the door was locked, and no one was available. Unfortunately, my Groupon expired on October 13, [redacted]. I reached out to an employee through Instagram direct message and was informed that the service no longer partners with Groupon, despite my purchase through the Groupon website. I find this situation unprofessional and would like a refund of the $37 I spent.

I purchased $26 worth of AMC show credits for only $13 but had a terrible experience during my visit. Despite reserving a seat online, the staff could not locate my reservation when I arrived to watch the premiere of Michael Moore's new movie, "Fahrenheit 11/9" in Tucson, AZ. The manager was unhelpful and I was nearly late for the film. It's been around 30 years since my spouse and I last went to the movies, and the experience was not enjoyable compared to how it used to be. The excessive amount of commercials, loudly cranked up previews, malfunctioning recliner seats without instructions made the experience even worse. I doubt I will return to AMC or any other theater in the foreseeable future after this disappointing and unpleasant encounter, especially given the manager's insinuation that I was being dishonest.

My sister and I bought massage vouchers for our other sister's birthday. When we called to schedule, the company didn't have available slots before the vouchers expire. We requested an extension but they refused. Additionally, my sister is pregnant (under 12 weeks) and unable to have a massage. The company offered a mini treatment instead of the full one we paid for. We are trying to make it work for our family celebration, but the company is not cooperating. I purchased tickets for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra show in Rochester, NY on November 29, [redacted]. Initially, I bought 8 tickets with my Discover card, but there was a payment issue. I then used my Visa card to successfully place the order. Subsequently, I received conflicting emails regarding my ticket purchases. I now have 16 tickets for seats on opposite sides of the arena. I would like a refund for one set of tickets. Despite dealing with this issue for a month, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I encountered several issues with my move by Meathead Moving Company: Issue #1: I bought a Groupon and contracted the company to move my belongings into their storage facility. Despite detailed planning, they only moved less than half of what was agreed upon. They argue they stayed within the cost limit but it was meant for the entire job, not just the incomplete part. Resolution Requested: I believe I should only be charged for 40% of the quote, minus the additional costs for completing the rest of the job myself. Issue #2: They insisted on the largest storage unit but I only needed a smaller one, leaving the unit mostly empty. Resolution Requested: I should be charged for the appropriate size unit, not the largest one. Issue #3 (most concerning): The initial moving and storage costs provided after using the Groupon were not accurate as promised by the representative. Note: Groupon terms allow monthly repurchases. I'm seeking a fair resolve for these issues.

I purchased a Groupon for Intrinsic Image for a pedicure. I attempted to contact them by phone and online for an appointment but haven't had success. Despite their online listing showing they’re open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., they were closed when I went by. After multiple attempts online, I could only secure an appointment for March 4th, well past my Groupon expiry date of February 18th. It seems unlikely I will be able to use this offer due to the lack of availability and communication. As I can't visit them daily due to work commitments, I would appreciate a refund for the $25 paid for the Groupon.

My spouse and I went on the "Greek Island Escape 10 Days" trip booked through GROUPON with confirmation code AA22654. During the trip, we encountered an unexpected change with the ferry service from Mykonos to Santorini, which required each passenger to pay an additional $[redacted]. I received a notification from Hermes today that my delivery was on its way. However, upon returning home, I found a delivery slip indicating the parcel was left on my doorstep. Despite searching thoroughly, I could not locate the package. I am worried as my doorstep is not a secure place for deliveries and it could have been taken by someone passing by. I suspect this might be my R2-D2 Sphero order from Groupon. Please, can you assist in communicating with Hermes to investigate and arrange a prompt re-delivery of the missing parcel?

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for a cruise with my friend. We carefully read all the details and contacted to make a reservation. However, the information in the fine print was not clear enough for us to understand the fees involved. It just stated "have credit card at check-in" for a $[redacted] tax fee, and we assumed it meant during check-in at the start of the cruise. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Additionally, there was an unexpected $[redacted] fee or $12.50 per day while on board that was not disclosed. We were not prepared for these additional costs, and what we thought was a $[redacted] deal turned out to be a $[redacted] expenditure. We hope to get a refund for these fees. I received a Groupon for a massage, but scheduling an appointment was challenging. An hour before my appointment, they canceled via text, claiming my therapist was unavailable. I asked for an alternative therapist but was refused as none were available that day. I requested a refund due to the distant next appointment and travel costs. The vendor's response was unprofessional and rude, questioning my decision to drive two hours and suggesting I go elsewhere. Around a week ago, I hired a company called DapperMaids for some cleaning at my residence. I made the payment through a Groupon deal I had purchased. Recently, I discovered an extra charge of $73.50 from DapperMaids on my bank statement, which was unauthorized since I had already paid them through Groupon. As a result, my account now has an NSF fee of $33.00. This unexpected charge has caused my account to become overdrawn. I attempted to contact both Groupon and DapperMaids via email four days ago but have not received any responses. I just sent them another email, as I do not have a phone number to reach out to either company, and their websites do not display a contact number.

I had scheduled two appointments, but they canceled one due to a plumbing issue and rescheduled for the next week. As a person with disabilities, I faced challenges when I arrived for my appointment only to find the establishment closed despite the open sign being on. I attempted to contact them but got no response. My son had to come back to pick me up as I can't stand for long periods without my cane. The lack of posted hours further added to the frustration. Even after receiving a confirmation text, the inconvenience I faced has led me to request a refund. This experience has left me feeling skeptical about their services, and I do not wish to continue dealing with this merchant.
