Myself and my sister ordered massages for our other sisters birthday. We have phoned the massage company to book but they say the don’t have appointments at the times we can make before the voucher runs out. We asked them to extend the voucher but they will not. Also my sister is now pregnant but under ** weeks so cannot gave a massage. The company has said that they can only provide a mini treatment to replace this but we have paid for a full treatment. *We have tried to be accommodating as we want to go and have the massage as it’s for a family birthday but he company are being very un-accommodating and unhelpful. They have sold us a product which they cannot fulfil and as a result we would like our money returned so we can purchase something which can actually be provided. *Thanks Emma
