Help with my Groupon issue
The issue in GetHuman-tonyso's own words
I just purchased the Loving Hut certificate, it's suppose to have $*.** deducted from the price as the Flash Sale promo today. But after I clicked to buy, the total remains as $** still. Please refund me the $*.** to my credit card. Besides, when will this gift item shows in my cousin's email address ?

GetHuman-tonyso did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-tonyso fixed the problem
I'm glad I finally am able to get Siby B , the live chat to straighten the issue - NOT all deals are getting the Flash Sale discount as shown on Groupon website, even though it clearly stated the discount $ amount on the " Buy order " page. yet once I clicked the total it doesn't reflect the discount. Siby B said the small print under terms stated NOT eligible for any other promo discount. So that's that for getting customers who fail to read small prints !!
