I purchased a groupon for Unwind Massage about a month ago. I called maybe twice a week and left multiple messages with my number and I was not able to contact her until a few days before the bachelorette party that I got this spa Groupon for. Now there is no time to try and schedule an appointment for a different spa and even if there was you have made it close to impossible to find out how to exchange my groupon for something else. I spent **$ on this and now I can’t use it. Refund my money please.
