Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mtenoeve's own words
I went to the hotel that I booked through groupon only to find out that groupon did not send the hotel a confirmation email, so after all the driving I did today (seven hours) to get to the wonderful jacuzzi cabin I purchased, I came to find that there are none available because GROUPON didn’t send the hotel an email about my purchase!!!!!! I am severely upset to say the LEAST! There is no one to speak to from Groupon and now I have to drive another five hours to get home instead of sitting in my Weekend jacuzzi cabin which was to be the last two relax days after a very long drive to and from San Francisco! *WhAt will be done to rectify this???? Groupon????
