Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was trying to send flowers and the voucher was sent instead. I’d like to cancel the voucher before it is opened by those I was sending flowers to! Iwant to I don’t know send flowers. ... I went on Blooms.com to order flowers and instead they sent the voucher to my recipients. I wanted flowers, not a voucher,,
I have no idea how the voucher got sent. It is embarrassing to send a voucher instead of flowers in this instance.
Cancel the voucher and let me send flowers for the $ I spent.
