I talked to someone last Saturday... not having a live voice to talk to is so frustrating. I have been in Groupon for years I wrote again the second time no feedback ... I have asked to please have a response to getting my Screamlands Fields refunded . I am ** and have no desire to go to a haunted house !!!’ I would like to get a refund in Groupon bucks to putvtoward another purchase I can actually us for myself .
