On October **th I purchased a Groupon for $** to Sam's Club. It did not work when I put in my number then it would not use or rather except my email said it was already used. I have an old account but it is no longer in use. I would like a refund of the $** that was taken out of my account on October **th. I would appreciate a response to this. I have written several emails to you but it must have been the wrong address for you never respond. Thank you Sheryl
