Purchased an iphone. Very disappointed. First cord didnt work. Use my cord & set the phone up. Then, I Paid for a new sim and it wouldn't activate. AT&T rep said the phone is defective. Now I'm out money for the sim & all this wasted time. Won't get a refund on my cc until **-** days. Paying interest on it too! Very disappointed. Had to pay for another sim to get my old phone re-activated. Very frustrating.
