The issue in GetHuman-daweedab's own words
I ordered a massage for my sister's birthday at Lincoln Park Massage Spa in Chicago.**She scheduled a massage on September **th at **am. She called in on September ** to schedule. She them credit card information to schedule her appointment.**When she got there, she was told that she was all set to go. As she waited on the massage table undressed, she was told that her credit card information was not in the system. **Both She and I are confused by the fact that she was told she was registered and later told that she was not registered. She was then scheduled for October *th, but she canceled because she was afraid for her credit safety. **I called Lincoln Park Massage Spa about a refund. They said that they saw her name in the system and do not know why she did not receive her massage. **They offered her the treatment along with an additional treatment for her inconvenience. But they noted that I would have to call Groupon about a refund. My sister believes that she was disenfranchised and does not want to go back to receive service there.**My sister did everything in good faith and was ready to receive her massage. She was also compliant with the scheduling procedure. So I would like to have a refund, due to the automatic reschedule that was beyond her control?
