I returned two Groupon items on *****, using the Groupon supplied labels with tracking numbers. The only tracking inform shown on USPS is for the "agent" pickup on ****** tracking not recognized by UPS. What do I do?***My request to Groupon: Why after * days do I not have evidence that the item has been returned? Per Groupon doc, as soon as the "agent" picks up the returned item(s), Groupon will send me an email of notification that it has been returned. I can't get any response from Groupon, so I can't track something that should HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE by the agent.
