I have been a longtime customer when I noticed I was receiving offers outside of my Pittsburgh area. I updated my location but now face issues ordering on my computer, receiving a "CANNOT USE THIS SERVER" message. I attempted to purchase the Wm Penn Hotel Tea offer expiring on Nov 21, priced at $36.00, via phone successfully but received the confirmation email on my computer. However, I cannot access the voucher on my computer due to server recognition issues. I suspect the problem arose when I changed locations. I kindly request assistance to resolve this matter.

My headset has completely stopped working. First, the left side stopped, and now the right side is not working either. I have been in communication with Manivannan from Groupon Customer Support for several weeks regarding this issue. However, I have followed the steps provided by Manivannan to contact the third-party merchant as there is no warranty advertised on the deal page. I contacted Andrea via live chat two days ago to inquire about my order that hasn't shipped yet. I placed my order on October 8th, and she mentioned it would be delivered by now, which it hasn't. I'm disappointed and eager for my order to be shipped promptly as I've already been charged for it. Interestingly, my mother placed her order the same day and received it promptly. I'd appreciate it if my order could be shipped out without further delay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I visited a store only to find it closed for renovations. I dined at the adjacent establishment where the staff mentioned that the owner, associated with my Groupon deal, had visited over the weekend to inform them of a permanent closure. Waiting for a refund from Groupon, I received an email from the store advertising another Groupon deal. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach the store for clarification. I scheduled a massage as a gift for a friend on Saturday. I contacted the manager, sending a Groupon screenshot and my credit card details for the tip. However, upon arrival, the place was closed. The South Pasadena Dental Group diverted from using Groupon and recommended cash payment on arrival. In-person, they asked for proof of the Groupon deal ($33 for a dental exam, X-ray, and cleaning) via a screenshot, which I provided, and then paid in cash. The dentists mentioned excessive plaque and inflammation on my gums after the exam and X-ray. They indicated the presence of cavities, leading to the unavailability of the cleaning service unless opting for a costly $[redacted] deep cleaning instead. Despite my request for a basic cleaning to address stains and buildup, the service was declined. On top of that, the front desk provided a $20 refund, leaving me having paid $13 for the exam and wasted 1 1/2 hours.

I purchased a Groupon for Sam's Club on July 22, [redacted], for $35. I never activated it due to illness. When I went to the store yesterday and showed them my receipt, they requested a code which I couldn't find. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a membership as I needed something from Sam's that day. I would like a refund instead of credit because I had to buy a membership again. I am Marcus A. and wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase from your website. On October 5th, I ordered a 1/2 carat sunflower diamond ring in a sterling [redacted] setting and was excited to receive it. Unfortunately, the ring was delivered on October 19th, [redacted], in a box that was not marked fragile or securely packaged. When I opened it, I was disheartened to find the ring crushed and missing one or possibly two stones. This was meant to be my wife's wedding ring, and receiving it in such a damaged state was truly disappointing. I purchased a voucher for Optical Experts at their Avondale location for $42.50, expecting $[redacted] value. The voucher was meant to cover an eye exam, frames, and lenses. Hello, I encountered an issue with coupon order #[redacted]01. The main problem was with the reservation process. The phone number provided was incorrect, making it impossible to contact the person. The individual I gave the coupon to went to the specified address only to discover that the main contact person listed, Francesco of Paddle Lab, no longer works there and hasn't been there for about a year and a half. Despite locating Francesco's new contact information online, attempts to book a reservation were unsuccessful. Although he initially confirmed a reservation for the weekend, he has since gone silent and is not responding to calls. It appears to be a questionable situation. I am interested in opening a dispute with him to seek a refund or potentially acquire a new coupon of equal value.

I have been using Groupon for a long time. I am currently trying to buy some clothing items. I am encountering two confusing error messages that are hindering me from completing my purchase. The first message states, “Purchase could not be completed. Invalid delivery type specified for option.” The second message says, “Sorry, but there is not enough quantity available to satisfy your order. Please adjust your order.” I have double-checked my account details to ensure everything is correct. I considered selecting a different delivery provider like Fed Ex, but that did not resolve the issue. I am only buying one of each item, and there is no indication that the items are out of stock or that I need to purchase multiples. I am unsure what is causing these problems.

I bought tickets for the Coral Gables Food Wine and Spirits Festival. I got the voucher, which I thought was enough because it had the event date as the expiration. Then I received an email to redeem it but couldn't. I tried again today and still can't redeem it. I paid $[redacted] for VIP single-day admission for two, but the website is only showing tickets for $99 plus fees. I'm frustrated because I put this trip together to celebrate my birthday in Miami from Daytona Beach.

I bought 4 Groupons for Dark Harbor on the Queen Mary for October 19, [redacted]. Upon arrival, we were directed to another parking line, which led us to downtown Long Beach despite having an ADA sign displayed. There were no clear signs for Dark Harbor parking, making it challenging for my ADA passenger. We attempted to return to the port's parking lot but couldn't find a spot. We didn't use our vouchers, and the experience was disappointing, especially for my friend who came from San Diego. I hope to visit again, but the lack of clear directions and accessible ADA parking has left me frustrated.
