I accidentally purchased everything in my cart. I didn't want any of the items. The customer service department was closed so I sent and email. I understand there is a two hour window and I responded in that time frame. The next day I called customer service and told them my issue and that I sent the email. They claimed I missed my window of opportunity to cancel and couldn't find my email. Said there was nothing they could do. I can't afford to even purchase the items but didn't matter. Can't get a refund.
GetHuman-wwwauto did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
