I purchased a Groupon from Salon Rojo (Saskatoon) and a few days later received an email that their phone number had changed. I had printed out the Groupon before receiving this email - called the number on my original printout and the phone message said Salon Rojo. I then called the other number and the message came up as Harlingtons of London. I thenn called Salon Rojo again and left a message. Harlingtons of London called me back and I asked if I could use the groupon with another stylist and was told that I couldn't. As you will see by my outstanding Groupons I still have one from Harlingtons of London. I said that I would not be using this Groupon and he told me I could give it to a friend. When I tried to use my other Groupon from July ****, I made the appointment and was told when I got their that I could not use it as he had cut my hair before (at least * years prior at a different Salon) - so why would I put a friend thru this same procedure. I feel that he is falsely advertising this Groupon with Salon Rojo but using his own business name for the actual appointment. If I had known this I never would have purchased this Groupon. The stylist is way behind the times - does highlights by pulling hair through a rubber cap that is placed on your head, dates back to the **'s. I am requesting a refund for both Groupon purchases and feel that he should no longer be able to use another Salon anme to get appointments.
