Wife, Cathy Skura purchase * tickets rrom Groupon for Chicago River architecture tour. When I entered the code on everbright, I only received * ticket voucher and the message that the code was no longer valid. So I have * out of * tickets and Groupon has NOT responded at all insight of them saying they would get back to me inside of ** hours. My name is John Skura and my email is *****@***.com and mobile is *-***-***-**** I am very disapointed and will take a lot of convincing to use Groupon again. This is very poor business practice. They will loose more customers then they can gain.
