My friend and I were looking to buy something online in GroupOn ... and *it insisted on using MY GroupOn BUCKS to pay for a portion of it! I was NOT obligated to paying for any portion of this purchase ... and asked for help with how to just KEEP my BUCKS separate ... bc I could not figure out HOW to not have it deduct from the purchase amount due. **Your GrpOn rep removed my $** BUCKS from my account and said they made a note to my account to reinstate them. I still don't see them on my account and now I'm getting both upset and angry that I believed and trusted what was told to me in good faith. **Can you please replace my GroupOn BUCKS so I can have them accessible to me?
