Help with my Groupon issue
The issue in GetHuman-bhereha's own words
I bought a groupon to Cornerstone Ranch. I chose the option "One hour trail ride for two". When I went to book it online and put the voucher letters in it is only crediting me **.** from the ***.** dollar total. The cost of the Groupon selection I chose costs **.**. It seems the voucher I was given is for one person not two even though it states on the voucher it is for two.
GetHuman-bhereha did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-bhereha fixed the problem
Open Groupon app. Go to my stuff in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to my settings click on customer support. Under where it says need help with a Groupon there are two choices my Groupons OR Groupon * click on Groupon * . Now click on managing your account. Scroll down to almost the bottom and click on where to find your order details. Scroll down all the way to the bottom click on still need help. Now you should be at the live chat agents available or send us an email. I was able to chat with a live person who explained to me I needed to enter the voucher code * times. I would have never thought to do that as the Groupons I have ordered in the past that included two people did not require that. It was not easy finding the Groupon live chat and email option but I discovered how by chance!
