I had purchased a Groupon for * tandems at go skydive Boston. After booking, paying a booking fee, and waiting at the drop zone for * hours the day of my jump my tandems had to be rescheduled so I scheduled them for the following week. The morning of the rescheduled date I received an email saying that due to weather I once again had to reschedule. I both called multiple times AND emailed the company to reschedule without hearing back from them on either platform. The skydiving season came to a close and I lost my Groupon deal and was never able to skydive because the company never got back to me. I am VERY disappointed to be out almost $*** when I couldn’t get in touch with the company.
