Tried to book a hotel for $**, got charged ***,** and did not receive my confirmation, so I ended up being booked twice for the same night and right after placing the order, Groupon did not refund my purchase that was duplicated. Now, for the supposed **$ charge that Groupon advertised me, I got charged ***,** TWICE, plus the hotel fees I paid upfront, I am requesting at least a refund from the second purchase, as I did not have a confirmation received from the first purchase. This is deceptive sales and terrible customer service
