The issue in GetHuman-dajenkin's own words
Order************Hi. I ordered the "Genuine Marcasite freshwater pearl Sterling Silver ring, * * mm, * ct band. But I received a ring with a fake stone and a different band. **It was delivered on ***** and I entered my request for a refund on the same day. On ***** at *:** AM the next morning, Groupon sent an email stating the ring must be received at your warehouse on that same day, which was *****, the day after it was delivered to my mailbox. *As you know, there is no way to get it back to you all the next day when *) I got it from my mailbox on ***** around * PM and *) it took * days to get to me after ordereing. In addition, it is impossible since I did not see the email from Groupon until today, which is *****.**All that being said, I do not want this unattractive and cheap looking ring. If you will send me the correct ring, I will return the item I received and I will be happy and go about my way. If receiving the correct ring is not feasible, then I will return the item sent to me and I want a refund promptly.**Thank you in advance for resolving this issue in a prompt and courteous manner.**Please reply to the email address provided.
