Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was perusing your Groupons when all were suddenly purchased!? Please cancel entire order! ... Somehow THREE items were purchased in error....*I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THE THREE! (one of *, an umbrella, I had ordered cpl weeks ago and arrived correctly.)**These * are to be shipped to the recipient of the umbrella? Don’t know how or why this happened. I CANT SPEAK WITH OR DEAL WITH A PERSON! *AND... THE OPTIONS TO CANCEL ORDER ARE NON-EXISTENT! Takes hours to get through any correspondence with you!
This is insane! *JUST CAN EL MY ENTIRE ORDER!
Why the **** does this matter ? It only takes more time out of this great Deculus procedure to cancel an order. *Many years.
