Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Groupon at a salon voucher number (LG-k**v-LLBN-VBF*-*k**) and when I got there they said I couldn’t use my groupon bc I had already used another Groupon there before. I had to pay for their service ON TOP of the groupon I just bought that day. The fine print says one per person. It doesn’t say anything about only using one Groupon there ever! I’m really upset that I bought a groupon I wasn’t able to use. I would like a refund.
