Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

This has happened before to me. You have charged me twice for a purchase I made on ******** for $*** for your Copacabana offer and used on Friday **th of September.You charged my credit card twice !!!!!... on ***** and *****. You need to reimburse my credit card $*** for one of these. I don't know why you have charged me twice again.Please inform me ASAP when this will happen.....thanking you Lou Buono
