I had a $** Sam’s Club subscription come out of my account today that I did not authorize or execute. I could not find where some kind of auto renewal would have triggered it and we do not want to re-up our subscription. I would like to be refunded and if there is some kind of renewal set for this subscription I’d like to had it turned off. Also, your customer support services are not user friendly in the least.
