The issue in GetHuman1334122's own words
I accidentally ordered two of the same item and have a duplicate extra large, vacuum-sealed dog bed which is still unopened in the Groupon package. It is listed as a "free returns" item in the fine print. Due to some snafu for which there is a posted Groupon apology, the tracking information is not complete on Groupon and the item does not show on Groupon as being delivered. This us not a problem in and of itself, as the FedEx site does show delivery via USPS and of course I have the item, so that's moot. The PROBLEM is that because there is no delivery confirmation in Groupon, there is also no link to print a return label which I understand is necessary. The package was shipped from Hebron, KY to me (Sue Johnson) at **** S **th East Ave Tulsa OK *****. There are two numbers on the label: ********* under a bar code at the bottom and a USPS Tracking bar code and number **** **** **** **** **** **. Please email or even mail me a return label with return instructions. Thank you!
